Please book early to maximize your chances of getting the day and time you’d prefer. We cannot hold any vehicles for any group or individual without accepting payment for that machine.   • Helmets are REQUIRED for ALL Riders, and are included FREE.

  • Gloves are OPTIONAL for ALL Riders—RECOMMENDED, and it’s FREE.

  • Goggles are REQUIRED for Riders under 12 years of age, and OPTIONAL for ALL OTHER Riders—RECOMMENDED, and it's FREE.

  • FREE parking AND admission to Croom Motorcycle Area—Croom ATV Park is included.

  • FREE FUEL for each ATV—UTV and/or Dirt Bike is included.

How do I make a reservation ONLINE? Can I call to make a reservation?

Follow these steps to make an ONLINE Reservation:

  1. Select your rental duration: 1 HR - 2 HR - 3 HR - 4 HR -OR- 6 HR; then select your day and time.

  2. Choose the ATVs you would like to rent, add to cart. ONE ATV per person—NO Double Riders, Unless Renting a CAN-AM OUTLANDER MAX 2UP —OR— SIDE x SIDE [UTV]

  3. OPTIONAL—RECOMMENDED Ask a team member at Check-In how to add Collision Damage Waiver ”CDW” for $40 per ATV | $50 per OHM | $75 per Quad | $100 per UTV.

  4. Enter your information and complete payment. All Done! You will receive your confirmation via email. We’ll see you out there!

Rental Requirements? Age to rent ATVs and to ride.

You MUST be 18 years of age or older and have a Major Credit Card to rent any of our ATVs. All participants MUST read, initial, and sign a Rental Agreement, a Waiver and Release of Liability, Acknowledgement, and an Assumption of Risk Agreement. ALL Minors, ANY participant UNDER 18 YRs of age, A parent or legal guardian MUST sign a Release of Liability for ANY MINOR to RIDE and be accompanied by an adult at ALL times.

MINORS, THOSE UNDER THE AGE OF 18

All riders 6 YRs of age, at least 3’ 8" must be able to reach foot pegs and handle bars to drive OWN ATV, NO EXCEPTIONS. If you book a rider under this age or height requirement, this will result in them riding along with an adult on a CAN-AM OUTLANDER MAX 2UP (depending availability) or them not being able to participate. If you are unsure, please reach out to us first and we can help.

SIDE BY SIDE RENTALS

You MUST be 25 years of age or older, with VALID DRIVER’S LICENSE, have a Major Credit Card,and MUST also be able to demonstrate abilities, which include: comfortable ability of driving and knowing your limits to be considered for rental.

SPORT QUAD RENTALS

You MUST be 30 years of age or older, with ADVANCED ATV RIDING EXPERIENCE, have a Major Credit Card, a state ID / passport,and MUST also be able to demonstrate ATV abilities, which include: comfortable use of a manual clutch and knowing your limits to be considered for rental. If the participant is unable to demonstrate any of the above, they will be put on a smaller class ATV for rental period (subject to availability) or them not being able to participate.

DIRT BIKE RENTALS

MUST have MINIMUM HEIGHT OF 5’, with DIRT BIKE AND MANUAL CLUTCH EXPERIENCE,and MUST also be able to demonstrate dirt bike abilities, which include: balance, comfortable use of a manual clutch and knowing your limits to be considered for rental. If the participant is unable to demonstrate any of the above, they will be put on an ATV for rental period (subject to availability) or them not being able to participate. If participant does not have dirt bike experience you may opt for a dirt bike training session, available ONLY Tuesdays between November through March.   • We recommend the following for your protection and to enjoy a day in the sand comfortably.

    - Long Pants - Not Required, RECOMMENDED

    - T-Shirt, Long Sleeve - Not Required, RECOMMENDED

    - Closed-Toe Shoes are REQUIRED—Please, NO SANDALS OR FLIP FLOPS

    - Water, Snacks, and a Backpack for storing personal items.

    If you have any riding gear such as a helmet, goggles, and/or gloves, you should bring them!

  • YES, Not only do we offer ATVs for Kids 6+ YRs and UP. We also offer Sport Quads, Semi-Automatic ATVs, [2UP] Two Person ATVs, [UTVs] Side by Sides as well as Dirt Bikes. Give us a call and we will get you on the appropriate machine to fit the ride you are looking for!

  • NO, you cannot just show up. RESERVATIONS are REQUIRED to rent ANY of our ATVs. You can either Book Online or Call us to schedule your adventure!

  • YES! You may bring your own machine, you will need to get a permit at the gatehouse $15 per machine—per day OR $80 per machine—annual pass [July 1 — June 30]

  • Yes, a Damage Deposit WILL be required for Self-Guided ATV Rentals. Most of our ATVs have a $150 per ATV damage deposit, but some of our ATVs do require up to a $1,000 damage deposit. An authorization (hold) for the damage deposit will be held on your credit card used at the time of booking on the morning of your reservation and will NOT be charged. It will be canceled when the ATVs are returned undamaged, accepting any normal wear and tear. Your deposit will ONLY be charged to you if any ATVs in your care are returned damaged.

    No, a Damage Deposit will NOT be required for Guided ATV Tours. 1 HR Guided ATV Tours can ONLY be reserved over the phone. Please CALL our office to reserve your Guided Tour. For more information and to reserve your GUIDED ATV TOUR, please call 352-593-5690.

  • YES, we do offer 1 HR Guided ATV Tours daily Monday through Friday ONLY and there is NO DAMAGE DEPOSIT required. Booking in advance is highly recommended as RESERVATIONS are REQUIRED and time slots are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.   • Almost all of our ATVs are designed for ONE rider ONLY. There are absolutely No Double Riders and No Ride-Sharing, per state rules.

    YES! When renting one of our Can-Am Outlander 2UP ATVs, which can accommodate a rider and a passenger with a minimum age requirement of 3 YRs of age, or at least 3’ [36"] in height, and MUST be able to hold on to handlebars by themselves. OR one of our Side x Side—UTVs can accommodate a second rider.

  • You must arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your reservation time at Croom, 6420 La Rose Rd, Brooksville, FL. Arriving 30 minutes before your reservation will prevent your check-in from cutting into your ride time.

    When you arrive at Croom, as you come to the Gate House, STOP and tell the RANGER you are renting ATVs from Moore ATV Rentals and they will let you pass. You DO NOT have to pay an entrance fee, the entrance fee is INCLUDED with your rental. Parking is FREE as well!

    Our trailer is located just inside the Sand Hill Day Use Area, which will be the FIRST LEFT, just past the guard shack as you enter.

    Our check-in process is pretty simple; you sign the necessary paperwork, get helmets and gear, go over a safety walk-through of the ATVs, ask any questions, then go ride and enjoy your adventure!

  • It is MANDATORY to arrive 30 MINUTES before your scheduled Start Time. If you arrive late for your check-in time, this will cut into your ride time. We are unable to offer any time extensions or discounts to your rental if you arrive late to your check-in time. Because we have multiple reservations throughout the day, we must have ATVs in our possession at the end of your original reserved time.

    If you are unable to make your reservation and you do not contact us, you are at risk of losing your rental time. If you do NOT notify us that you are unable to make your scheduled time or are running more than 30 minutes late, this will be considered a NO SHOW and you will forfeit your rental charge and your reservation will be cancelled.

  • Liability and Sales Tax - The State of Florida requires that we collect a 6% liability tax, as well as a 6.5% state & county sales tax, which both are collected at the time of booking.

    Fuel - We provide you with a full tank of gas included with your rental. We also provide a 5-Gal fuel tank with each reservation. Any fuel used from the additional tanks provided during your rental will be charged to you at $5.00 per gallon.

  • You must return the ATVs by the RETURN TIME on your rental agreement. You will be charged LATE FEEs, if you are LATE returning the ATVs. We have multiple reservations throughout the day. We must have ATVs in our possession at the end of your original reserved time.

  • Yes, Our safety measures that have been introduced are intended to minimize the risk of contracting the COVID-19 virus but this risk cannot be completely eradicated. Therefore, anyone visiting our facility acknowledges that they do so at their own risk.

    We make sure to clean and sanitize before and after each use. This means all ATVs and gear, including helmets, goggles, and gloves, are wiped down, washed, and sprayed with disinfectant, which kills 99.9%* of viruses and bacteria.

  • We are in Florida; therefore, our weather can be unpredictable and out of our control. We monitor the weather very closely to ensure your day will be enjoyable. ATV Riding is RAIN or SHINE, However, If on your reservation day, there is severe weather such as tropical storm, hurricane and/or tornado, we will call you to reschedule your reservation.

    In the event you are caught in rain during your rental time, you may continue your ride. In the event of severe weather such as tropical storm, hurricane and/or tornado, you MUST return the ATVs and gear to the Moore ATV Rentals Trailer. We want you to have the best adventure possible, so for your safety and our equipment, we cannot allow any ATVs to be rented in severe bad weather.

  • You MUST provide a 72-Hour Advanced Notice of your original reserved date and time for rescheduling. Please call us at 352-593-5690; our office is open daily from 7am to 7pm. We do not offer cancellations; all sales are final. Refunds for scheduled rentals within the 72-Hour policy will NOT be provided. However, we do accept re-scheduling of your date and time.
